Its a scam , people. No such act has ever appeared on AGT. No act or individual is identified. The video is not posted on the AGT channel / website. It's all just very basic CGI. This Magic Witch channel is just scamming you for the UTube revenue, and UTube knows it. Many similar. 😅

I dont think that they are actually standing on the stage. I it looks like they are projected. Look at their feet. They are not touching the actual stage.
