Amazing history about the Ukulele. I never knew about that. What a beautiful culture. Love to you Kanaka Maoli from Diné Nation 🕊️ Very dishonest how America is not aware of The Tourist disrupting your culture. You are right for taking your land and preserving it. I am shocked Israel Kamakawiwo'ole is from your neighborhood. Very amazing.

The music is medicine and healing for the people. Our nations could use it in these times.

This is so wrong to be recording how could the chief allow this we put all electronics stuff away during meeting
@miyawatacultureinc.16757 ай бұрын
this is NOT a meeting. This is a drum tie, like all other drum ties. The only thing is the people dressed up. It clearly states at beginning of video that this is not a ceremony. We are sharing our music and ways to the public as healing and education.

My brother was telling me earlier that Kelly and some others came to his in-laws house a few years ago and ran a meeting, here at Indian Wells. I wish I had gone over there, but he said it was packed so, he made room for others and listened from outside with others. Thank you again for the beautiful songs.

thanks but this is not a real meeting. It is a drum tie, with people dressed up and having feathers. Often times drum ties people wear t shirts and ball caps, but they decided to dress up. Once again, this is NOT a meeting.
