Can the 300nm or 500nm Impact Wrench be used as an Impact Driver? There is an attachment by Ingco for the Impact Wrench which allows usage of screw bits.
@NorthernBoltandTool4 күн бұрын
Hi there, we are not currently aware of this type of Ingco attachment being available in the South Africa market. With an adaptor you could use an impact wrench as an impact driver, i would just recommend exercising caution as the impact wrenches are capable of a lot more torque and could strip screws etc if not used correctly.
@yasirmahmood55003 күн бұрын
@@NorthernBoltandTool Got it, thanks for the explanation. In various other countries, the 300nm 20v Impact Wrench comes in a kit which has an accessory that allows attachment of regular driver bits.

From what we have heard chatting to people in the industry the primary markets Ingco is focused on are developing countries. It is very interesting to see the adoption of the brand in a developed country. we have been dealing in Ingco tools for a number of years and the improvement in their tools in the last 5 or 6 years has been impressive. Will be interesting to see if any of the major brands do something to maintain their market share.

The kickback looked rough, does the the tool have side handle?
@NorthernBoltandTool12 күн бұрын
Hi there, the kickback was quite significant, this drill does not come with a handle. This type of scenario though is quite tough on the drill and in hindsight maybe slightly abusive. Still, it was able to perform really well without too many issues. A handle would have been a nice addition though.

This is a great video from someone who clearly uses power tools and knows what he is talking about. Its helpful and informative. I am slowly building up my collection of Ingco products, and every tool I've bought has been really impressive. I use their impact wrench, garden strimmer, hedge trimmer, cordless drill and leaf blower. They all work really well. The ability to swap batteries is so cool, and the batteries really last an amazing amount of time. I have had/use Black and Decker, Bosch, Makita, Skil and Ryobi but have now become a big fan of Ingco power tools.

Was there a pre-drilled hole for the coach screw? 🙃🙃
@NorthernBoltandTool23 күн бұрын
Hi Justin, yes there was a pilot hole drilled. It was a 4mm pilot hole. The pilot hole could have been a bit bigger but with the power and torque from the drill the smaller pilot hole did not matter.

I had the pleasure of meeting Stuart at his workplace about ten days ago, and I bought this drill (in the kit form) on his recommendation. I had driven the +-50kms to Northern Bolt and Tool as he was one of very few retailers that had stock of the Ingco battery operated Brush Cutter and the Ingco Pole saw, which I needed to purchase to replace my stolen ones! Their prices were also significantly better than at least three well known national retailers that are within +-15kms of us! About two weeks previously I had bought a different Ingco drill (from another retailer). When I reached home I discovered it only used SDS type drill bits, despite the saleslady telling me differently. It was not compatible with my extensive collection of regular drill bits!! BIG surprise, but fortunately I hadn't used it and they refunded me. And I am soooooo glad I bought this drill - living on a plot means one needs the portability as extension leads for 20-40 metres are a real pain in the butt, and some places are simply too far from a 230 volt power source! The fact that it's in a carry case of its own with batteries, charger etc is a great advantage too. This drill has plenty of power. Now I am in the process of selling off all my 230v electric drills etc and will only buy Ingco wireless tools from Stuart in future!

Hi. What is the difference between the black and yellow AND brown and yellow tool?
@NorthernBoltandToolАй бұрын
The brown and yellow is the new, updated range of tools. Ingco noticed people trying to copy them so they changed from the black to the brown colour. On the box, the new range is referred to as Super Ingco. Both black and yellow AND brown and yellow ranges will work on the same battery so don't worry about whether your battery will work.

Sometimes there are display or demo units available and where ever possible, we will try accommodate your needs and requirements. Hi there, this unit is capable of 65nm of torque. It is not a substitute for an impact wrench but it is a very useful and handy tool for disassembly and assembly applications where large amounts of torque aren't necessarily required.
