I use to race at this dragstrip in the early 2000s. People where never allowed so close to the road after the pit because there was a fence. I will bet my bottom dollar this particular event was informal.

Like with any other race, there are those living well off, and this somewhat happens to be some of them. Funny thing is that you also know this, but you want to push a negative narrative about black people not actually suffering due to the after-effects of the previous government (and current - and next - its politics after all). Whether volume-wise or ratio-wise, Black South Africans are still the most underprivileged here in SA. Instead of feeling sorry for those who got injured and/or died trying to make a living, you are here insinuating that blacks aren't underprivileged.
