@SayGoodbyes his skill 1 gives a lot of ult gauge plus breaking an opponent with any unit gives a ton of ult gauge. So the 2 stacked in this case

Yes. ALL support buffs and debuffs CAN BE STACKED. For example SR Yaga skill2 can be stacked up to 4 times across 4 turns, SSR Momo stacked twice etc. ALL these stack for dps
