Yeah this was my story. I dealt with this with my excoworker 1 full year 2023 to 2024. The non experience coworker who didn't get the job that I was hired for & she was bitter all year trying to prove that I was not the right decision but she didn't have experience in the business & I did so I was a immediately hired. She was doing everything in her power to make me look like I wasn't the person I was. This is my story. She believed it belong to her & she was way older than me, she was they jokers twin & i was princess twin with major intelligence & she hated it so she did everything possible & with others to get me fired, even when I ignored & went mute, the underhand remarks & harassment was intense. After I was fired, the harassment continued via company phone, I had proof & had a lawyer send the owner a letter to make all employees to stop harassing, he didn't stop it when I asked him to & showed proof it, he had to stop it once i got the law involved. So I guess I left with the upper hand, like u said, I can get better & do better, the money & harassment was not worth it, bye bitchasss
