Would it have been better Squaring up the frame and then gluing in the middle ? Giving me some good ideas though

@rllarson70, that's a good idea. That should work. I am planning on making another one to house up to 50 shot glasses. I intend to use a different approach. I'll share that video when it is ready. Thanks for sharing your thoughts on this. Much appreciated!

Nice video, I’ve been torn between the Reno and the Pro, really belt or lead screw.

Thanks! I don't know much about the Pro, but I did just find out that the assembly is much easier for the 4040-PRO than the 4040 Reno. Apart from the $150 price difference, the work surface appears to be about the same, they both allow you to use the 4th-axis, as well as the offline controller. As a beginner CNC user I will start with the Reno and then scale based on how things turn out. Best wishes with whichever one you go with. I'd like to know. Take care.
