Managed to do at least 99%. There were a couple I couldn't finish the 45 seconds. Great workout though. I am having a little trouble with my leg, any suggestions for a substitute for walking?

@@janetoltropfitnesstrainer6301 no unfortunately. I do have a regular bike though which needs new inner tubes I think. Maybe I should get that new bike place on Lansdowne to have a look at it. Do enjoy walking though.
