@@dwaynebrown3463 My old room (before my fall down the stairs, ug) was in the attic and there's no heat or a/c up there. So I got a little heater and now I even use it on the main floor. I'd go nuts without it!

Coming from someone that I know deals with allot more pain than I, it shows how powerful words are and we need to be mindful what we say no mater the platform. That being said fuck little jimmy 🤣

Dude i know what you mean about the shoulders. Ive been lifting for a few months now (basically I started when i got on high dose steroids during my first MS attack) and my shoulders have gotten much stronger. But it doesnt necessarily look like it. Haha!!😄

I know exactly what you mean. I like getting to talk to and learn from all the medical people you end up interacting with as an MS patient. I talked with the guy performing the lumbar puncture on me DURING the procedure! Lol. It's all very interesting stuff.

Spencer Cooper I took my first Iv dosage this April when I admitted myself because I had a horrible muscle spasm, I take Baclofen and gabapentin
