It takes almost one month time to stop SIP. If you have submitted request before SIP date, next month there will be no deduction. In case you submit request post SIP date it may take one or two month time.depending on when you submit a request. Refund is a separate transaction.you need to submit redemption request.

Groww is a platform. What it is doing under your instructions is not known to you. In fact whenever you wish to increase or decrease the SIP, It essentially stops the previous one and starts the new one. There are different platforms offering different facilities but overall what has been told in video, is not wrong. It is in general practice, what is going on on other platforms. Just a matter of click on stopping and starting a new one. May be Groww has done it in the background, which you can't check.

No refund. SIP stop means only SIP will stop. For withdrawal you have to apply redemption
