God bless you Rev Dexter. I am a living testimony of your ministry. Many years ago you ministered at IPS in Accra and as a sceptical Presbyterian I didn't anticipate a Holy Ghost baptism. But I found myself under chairs screaming in tongues during your ministration and I have since had your name at the back page of my bible. God bless you Papa. May this springs continue to flow living waters.
