Welll said about Refractoires being key to major industries, yet taking a back seat. ... About experts leaving without replacement: I want to add that many experts leave without "investment".... which interestingly would imply they applied limited -if any - value to the industry. I hope more experts share more unique knowledge as oppose to cling to it as though it would be bad for them to share information..... yes certain bits of information is possibly best held to one self for a period but even basic knowledge sharing ads value. Ultimately the purpose is to serve. Cheers.
