So you just havr to carefully prise the spill pipes out ,never seen one like this ,usually little horse shoe clips

Has the little clip which is plastic, it the has another plastic clip that pushes down to retain it. You have to push the green retainer clip down to release the “c” clip then pull the return pipe up, crap design as plastic goes brittle where it keeps getting hot and cold, seems they fall apart in your hands lol

This car went into limp mode and the dash was flashing like a Christmas tree. Plugged it in to a diagnostic reader to find the fault

Thank for posting this man, been doing my nut trying to find a bike rack for the same van as yours. I don't mind making a few mods to a bike rack technically made for another van, as you did. Are the mounting rails held on with side clamps as well as sika?

No adhesive just the clamps so can be removed if necessary. Thanks for the feedback glad it helps as finding a decent one for a transit is hard work

Happened to me today my coolant dropped to hardly anything I had to remove pipe on side of coolant tank and fill up with a squeezy bottle of water from the side just to get home lol haven't got around to actually removing the cap yet. 🙀

Unfortunately I'm seeing this more often across the board with other vehicles, the reason this happens is because manufacturers work on introducing flaws into parts for extra after sales revenue whether it be for parts or for extra labour to rectify this problem..

Yeah it’s a pain, just watch the clips on the big panel, if they come away from the panel try to pop them back out and put them back in the panel so it all pops back on.

Hi yes I I have fitted 2 sets now one in my transit sport and one in the camper and yes the one in the camper was on a transit custom swivel base

i keep getting this on my mk7 ,the system seems to generate a lot of vacuum for some reason when it cools down ,ive bought a decent quality cap in the hope it sorts it ,glad its not just me knowing the luck i have with cars ,cheers buddy

Yeah seems quite common, don’t know why it happens? But when it’s stuck, it’s stuck that’s for sure!

Drove my van like it but changed it as soon as I got chance in case the level was to drop because of a leak ect.

Hi I got it from parts plus uk, tried a cheap one from eBay which failed in 2 weeks so ended up buying genuine
