Also, the durable power of attorney was done by an attorney. He went and made me his durable power of attorney with an attorney and also made me his medical surrogate in a living will and also he says when he dies he wants to leave me his house because I’m the one that’s looked out for a company years this is my childhood friend. I just feel it’s unfair that my adorable power of attorney has been taken away when I did nothing wrong just war the court can take over and take over his assets and everything it’s just seems kind of unfair.

OK how about when you’re durable power of attorney but the person is still competent and he’s never and I’ve never used a durable power of attorney because he still makes decisions about in that case and then somebody petitions to court to give them a guardian when the person that is adorable. Power of attorney has done nothing wrong so What they do is they accuse that person of something and it’s to me it’s wrong specially when that person is in the working looking out for that person for many years and that’s what he chose. He chose me to be his durable power of attorney, so how does that work if a judge is biased against you is it fair that he takes my durable power of attorney way when I haven’t done anything wrong just seems kind of like unfair just where they can sign a guardian and they could take over the assets. It seems kinda unfair isn’t it?

Bless you for this invaluable information. I do have a question about what to do if this is about an agreement on a farm after a year, with cash and we have the title. I am trying to make sure I understand all of our legal rights because it was an agreement for employment from the property owner/informal employer. It still does not put my mind at ease that they never had a formal contract drawn up, and I am still unsure about the legalities of land ownership after a year preventing a regular eviction and what our next steps should be, such as to have our own electric and utilities, and where I can find out more information about what our options are. Thank you! I am going to be looking into it on my own but will definitely appreciate any help.
