@Anonymous-lg5jg okay? Why? It's literally part of the job. They call me over the shared radio channel, which makes it public knowledge and they ask me to clear them. Maybe an audit is needed so that routine job functions are identified and not villafied? I literally have an awesome job, they even made a board game from it called "Chutes and ladders" To completely identify the functional and day to day routine of it, just throw in sprinting and clearing package jams.

@GetSlappedPlease 400 ml flour, 100 ml sourdough starter, 1/2 teaspoon active yeast, 3 tblsp powdered milk, 1 tablespoon seasalt, 1 tablespoon Cayenne, 4 ounces Cotija cheese, 2-4 jalapeños diced, 3 tbls melted butter, 100ml warm water After 10 minutes in the machine, check it. If it's too liquidity, add more flour, slowly, until it's a ball shape. If it's too dry, add either more butter, water, or the Sourdough starter until all the ingredients are rolled into a ball. On the bread machine, follow the Sourdough instructions

@margaretslater6053 it was difficult to do, but very doable. I wasn't in shape, and I was 48 at the time, so it depends on the strength of the person. I will say the longer the handles are make a huge difference. Longer = easier to cut, less strength needed

True, great, and fair point ... my bad, sorry. It was a last second thought to shoot this, and I had to hold the camera as well as the weedwhacker. It takes 2 hands to start it. I'll probably use it again, I'll plan ahead so I can film the actual starting of it vs. just the instructions of how to. Thank you
