A few pointers: Vlad and Isabella are husband and wife, so they give eachother bonuses if they are in the same army. Having Isabella with him grants Vlad even more regeneration than he already has by default, so don't hesitate so send him into brawls with low tier units or enemy lords. He's gonna do just fine. Zombies and skeletons are nothing but meatshields. Even if you buff them, their stats are just too bad to actually do much in battle. The Black Coache's abilities need a certain number of kills to activate. But the thing itself is kinda vulnerable, which means more micromanagement for you without much benefit, IMO. If that's worth it, it's up to you to decide. You can use your flying units to destroy the inner settlement towers during sieges. There is a button that shows you the battle map before a battle starts. It sits to the right of the autoresolve button, at the bottom center of the screen. You can use that to find out if it's a settlement battle or not. But an even quicker way to tell is just to see if you get an option to encircle or just look at what tier the settlement is. In general, tier 3 settlements are always sieges.

A quick but noteworthy correction. The factions in this game actually do have names separate from their legendary lord. I guess I didn't really notice because of how front and center the lords are. With that being said, Vlad's faction is called "Sylvania". I do, at times, embellish faction names so I probably would have gone with "The County of Sylvania" anyways.

I commented on the last video about the rebel fights but I should've mentioned it was because I "accidentally" offed their ruling family, thus causing their settlements to become rebels. Hoisted by my own petard on the one!

Don't rush too much , make smaller bounds once the enemy is close

Make small, precise bounds with troops ... hold Calvary on flanks, hold position until contacted , have and hold infantry units close to artillery...

Every time I turn my back, I just see more native troops coming to kill us. It is as if the very earth spawns them!

You know, I feel like I spent more time fighting rebels in this campaign then I did regular factions. I'm not sure that is literally true. Maybe I just spent more time then is normal fighting rebel factions.

Well that was one enemy acquired and then immediately defeated. I hope getting attacked by random factions doesn't become a trend!

This battle taught me to make sure my archers have some cover from infantry even if it looks like they aren't facing any melee cavalry. They may not be facing them now but that can easily change!

Those degenerates who indulge in bizarre ragdolling and T-posing will get what's coming to them. No mercy from the White Hand!

This was the second to the last battle of the campaign and the last battle against the Kingdom of Adunabar. A fine last victory against them!

After the first battle at Helm's Deep, we won't be letting them have it back so easily! This is the 7th time I'm posting this comment with slight changes since KZbin keeps deleting it. What do you suppose they find offensive about it?

Love this game but man Ai and pathfinding in this game sucks 😭 shii watching those redcoats and your troops walk slowly makes me want to throw my phone

Only one more episode and this Battles series will be complete! I remember pushing into Gondor territory near Minas Anor and wondering if I would attack the city during the campaign. Didn't actually make it there but I did make a special episode afterwards where I cheated my way over to Minas Anor to attack it!

I do think it is appropriate that the Dunlendings were so critical to the victory at the Hornburg. Think of it as a rematch from centuries past except, this time, they were victorious!
