I have your bike too. 81 cb750c tho. I personally have a 4 into 1 with muffled exhaust. I would love to have louder pipes myself. hmm!

What exhaust are you running on this? (saw on FB when you were selling beautiful build) I am almost done with my 72 CB750 and debating changing my 4-2 to a 4-1

Thank you! 4-to-1 is the way to go! This build was pretty much straight piped. Just used an old exhaust I had laying around. Don't remember the brand.

Nice bike with ugly seat, like an ironing table, not cafe racer, looks more like a brat style = no style 🧐, now get it back to the workshop and make a nice cafe seat with a rear hump 😜

JD what jets do you have in those VM’s I have a 3000 rpm flat spot that cleans right up once I hit the main circuit. Idle is perfect , main is perfect. Trying to figure out if I slide height issue

Hi, late 70's early 80's are for me the best bikes ever made, totally indestructible. I'm hoping to turn my CB400 into a cafe racer, just got it started after being outside for 15 years. unbelievable🤣👍
