Well said , could many benefit from "me included" Ty for this, a little self critisism is great. Nobody is perfect, but the ability to se "my/yours" flaws is a good thing 👌 So i am grateful that i have allways been able to take positive critisism for the good thing it is , its probably the best, if not the only way to correct myself.👌 I`m not so good with compliments , but i like them and allways humble express my thank`s when i get them. I have a few golden rules 1. Starts the day by telling my self : Today i am going to try to be a little better person 🤞 2. Allways confronts myself with my fails but i also tell my self that i am an ok person so i try hard to se both my strong and weak side .❤ Hope many se this, for i think it comes from "a good heart " and it was a great reminder 💯 Pls excuse my poor English ( one of the stuff i need to use more )🤞😂

Associate with people who are likely to improve you.’ - Seneca. I've learned to be mindful of those around me, recognizing toxic traits and distancing myself from negative influences. This video is a great reminder to protect our peace and well-being by identifying and avoiding harmful individuals. Stay vigilant and surround yourself with those who uplift you.

A relative of mine told me that anyone with a beard is hiding something. I didn't understand at the time. Now I know and don't trust anyone. 🤔

Self protection, mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually is of most importance when dealing with any type of narcassist. Peace, love and healing to all who have to deal with a narcassist on a regular basis!❤
