Ironically, you’re accusing me of similar subjectivity, albeit in a comment rather than a video. Content, especially in reviews, naturally reflects personal opinions unless it pertains strictly to factual aspects. Both the title and description of my video clearly indicate that it’s based on my subjective viewpoint. I didn’t aim to make any definitive statements. Rather, it’s simply how I experienced the game. The description should make that clear. There’s no overarching agenda or call for sweeping changes. I’m merely offering my perspective, nothing more. If there’s any takeaway from my commentary, it’s simply to encourage players to approach the game in a way that suits them best. It's intriguing how people often fixate on a single aspect while accusing others of the same. Not everyone whom said "Make it harder" is now saying "It's too hard" That's a very large assumption. You then proceeded to waffle on while still being latched onto this very large assumption. Not only is it an assumption, you're dealing in absolutes. Then you went on to give us your anecdotes and your own opinions. The entirety of this video felt like it was more for you than any point you may have had.

The video reflects my opinions, as clearly stated in the description. I didn't claim 100% outrage, nor did I try to prove such a claim. I'm sharing my perspective from personal gaming, reading, and viewing experiences. Sharing opinions shouldn't require explicit disclaimers, though noted for future reference. About one-third of the 41,000 Steam reviews are negative due to optimization or difficulty. I noted significant outcry, not universal hatred of the DLC. Saying you considered it difficult shouldn't be a crime, no different than claiming it was a breeze. I criticized players for imposing arbitrary rules on others. Playing with self-imposed rules is fine, but imposing them isn't warranted. My points are valid, just different from your perspectives, which is okay-it's just an unscripted opinion. I'm also entitled to waffle on, such is the nature of a self-made review.

There's no such thing as "over-buffing"-it's a made-up concept. Each player has their own interpretation of balance based on their playstyle and preferences. The weapon I'm using was put in the game by the developers for players to use. I don’t need to use the weakest weapon or your favorite weapon. My approach is based on my personal experience and strategy. I never claimed to fix the game’s issues or provide a universal method of play. The purpose of my video is to share my opinions and experiences. As stated in the description, these are just my perspectives, not definitive solutions or guidelines. I never told everyone to play my way. Using an OP ash of war is another misconception-it's just part of the game. Terms like "over-buffing" are things people make up for their own reasons. If it's not something I manually inject into the game myself, it's fair. It was meant to be used. If stacking buffs wasn't allowed, it wouldn't be available. This is something you made up in your head. It's fake, sorry.

It´s cool if you consider that over buffing, but that´s literally your opinion... You´re just as lame as the people complaining about the damage that just run straight to the bosses without exploring or reading shit, and then they wonder why they lose.

@@ArmoredChocoboLPsI didn’t use a summon, good armor, or the latest talismans. You’re just complaining. I did what you can also do. Your restrictions shouldn’t limit my gameplay. You act as if I used some unique technique you cannot access. My message is to play how you’re comfortable. It’s amusing how some think beating a boss with provided weapons only counts if done their way. Her being difficult is a given, even though you previously said she’s not that hard. I said I enjoyed the fight and didn’t understand the complaints. Once again, I’m entitled to my opinion.

You have made a Straw man argument the community calling the bosses too hard and its not technically hard but artificially. Example Pig mf his hit boxes are made specifically to be busted and adding to the mix he's aggression constantly casting aoe attacks plus bloated HP and he becomes hard but not cose he's moves are hard to memorize but cose everything happens so fast that you dont have time to heal or attack as there is no punish window. Or last Boss of DLC made specifically to deny ability of people to roll evade as he his secon phase gets mid range aoe witch he spams with every hit if you evade his blade attack he will chip ya with aoe if you do both that means you are to far to punish him as by the time you get to him he moves in another combo and even if you have all 20 tree fragments dose not mean shit 3 hit kill combo will be 3 hit kill combo You see from soft games started as hard but fair but ended up in arms race with player base and taken the biggest sweats for a norm thus every end boss they cook up is harder then before and ended up in a nish place where its can be done, but fun be gone place, thats when player base cried out cose the From soft fucked up but fairing for their name refuse to acknowledge it and fix things as it will crat a precedent where they can be for in shait. on other hand they know they fucked up and fix non issue stuff like increase skadutree cap or what ever, in hope to get this under the rug.

I'm not saying you're wrong about any of that, though. Making a video on your topic often leads to a flood of 'skill issues' comments. Many disregard the nuances, opting for the 'get good' narrative or nitpicking isolated words from my content. Past attempts to approach similar topics have ended poorly. Even when I clearly label my videos as personal opinions, they're misconstrued. I mentioned in this video that I'll cover other boss issues later due to time constraints. It was just an honest, unscripted take, showcasing that a relaxed playstyle can still yield progress. None of my statements were meant as definitive truths or guides for others. It was simply a spontaneous review. It wasn't intended as a gospel or a one-size-fits-all solution. It was a casual discussion from my perspective.

I have played through the game a minimum of 30 times vanilla. I guess you could say the purpose of using Mods is to have fun, which is what games are for. If I only did things other people's way or how people think, that wouldn't be much fun.

@@srset8964 I mean, not personally no. I don’t play it to the point of getting board. Elden ring and DS are more side games than main games that I spend a ton of time in. Never taken either to a point to warrant mods. I love modding the hell out of Skyrim but the souls series ain’t really on that list. But like I said before to each their own.

Elden Ring has a preconceived way of playing it, but you can break any weapon in this game if you use the right stuff. Modding isn't even about being bored, just having fun.
