As a teen that goes to youth and i have always and still want to be a youth leader/pastor i can tell when you have a group of unsaved people come to youth even the leaders get swept up by their ways. But when you have a whole group of saved people you can go far with them. But it's knowing how to juggle both saved and unsaved in one room is sonetimes the difficult part because you don't want to send them home when you know they need the encounter with God. Most leaders would just send the difficult/ distracted young ones home because they are distracting others when they should really be sewing into them.
