Straight up, I have avoided any place that asks for tips on bare minimum services for years. If they have one of those screens at a taco truck or coffee shop- I will not be coming back any time soon.

The tipping culture is weird. I tip big when you go above and beyond. The businesses should pay their workers well enough top survive paying their basic bills at least. Life is hard enough! People are now expecting a tip when they haven't even done anything to deserve the tip.

You want to know another scam? Another scam is jobs asking for people to have a degree but want to pay you the wage a person who stock shelves or janitorial duties. Those who stock shelves and do janitorial duties are very important jobs, yes, so employers should pay for the wild demands and the unreasonable expectations. College degrees are expensive.

Another scam is employers asking one person to do the jobs of 5 persons. I see administrative secretaries expected to change the copier and also run social media platforms. Social media is an art and not everybody can do it.

You’re not supposed to live life. You’re supposed to keep the Rich, rich. There can’t be billionaires without exploiting workers. And because they have enough money to pay off the government, we’re never getting up unless we start exploiting others aswell

we need a cap on rental rates. real estate is one of the few unregulated industries. we need laws passed stopping foreign investors from parking money in residential real estate and owning property they dont personally occupy.

With this era of inflation you can’t expect property owners to charge under $1000😒😒😒 those people have bills too.
@daniellemillerart
@daniellemillerart 4 ай бұрын
$1000 was 20 years ago. In any city in the US it'll be $3k for some mold ridden shoebox with no heat or AC (whichever is the more necessary one where you live) and want you to prove that you make 3-4x the rent each month in only w2 paystubs, so if you make that but are 1099 or otherwise....they deny you). It's also not like landlords in cities are "property owners"....they're usually intl megaconglomerates that operate overseas and buy up all the land or property in an area, let half of it stand rotting and empty, and the other half they charge well above "market value" even if no one's paying that.

Just a little advice from a successful person, as long as you claim w/ passion that you're broke, thats exactly what the universe w/ give you. I know you're a content creator. However saying those words does you no good whatsoever. Look up The movie The Secret, study the laws of the universe particularly the law of assumption. I hope this helps, & point you in the direction to success.

And jobs wonder why they can’t find workers. People are quick to say nobody wants to work, no, nobody wants to work like a slave for pennies. Of course everyone has to start somewhere but even jobs that require some type of degree or certification to qualify aren’t wanting to pay what they really should

I know it feels like this is all true now but when you’re older, you will look back and see all of this differently and wished you would have focused on being grateful and working hard even when it feels impossible. Your future self will thank you. I am speaking from experience. The world is not fair. It’s messed up. But your capabilities and worth are far greater than how anyone else could limit you! Wishing you the best on your channel and in life! ❤

One can work hard and be grateful while also knowing their worth. You’re right life isn’t fair, but it doesn’t mean people have to do things like be a slave to a job that wants them to do their job plus the job of 2 other people while not paying them for that work
@sbss924
@sbss924 4 ай бұрын
And, one can look back on life when you are older and realize your body is broken, hurting, and in perpetual pain because you worked "two, three jobs." Worked yourself down to the bone. You grow older and can't enjoy the fruits of your "hard work" because your body is failing you. Nope. Work smarter, not harder.
@kerijoh1425

@@sbss924 I don’t think anyone looks back regretting working hard. It’s all about attitude and personal standards. If you spend your days bitter and hating life working several jobs, that is what you will regret. If you are grateful for each day and have good motives for doing your work and do your work and life in general to the best of your abilities with good character, you won’t regret a single thing. And you will feel pride when you see your children enjoying the fruits of your hard work. Again, I don’t think people should have to work multiple jobs, I just think you should focus on what you can control. Change the world with your integrity and consistency and kindness; Not complaints.

So for apple it can be what you make it. I have my iPhone 11 Pro Max I’ve had since it came out and I got it for $600 by trading in my old phone. I’ve had this for years and don’t plan to update until it die dies. Phone plans I have prepaid $25 Verizon plan but honestly my job pays for it so I can’t complain. I get a monthly work stipend for phone wifi etc. my home wifi sucks but it’s $20 so it work enough. Car insurance definitely a scam. I plan to save enough money so I don’t have to carry it. I believe you need like 30k cash to not have to have it.

I work from home so most companies will usually offer some kind of wfm allowance. My current company gives us $300/mo my previous company it was $50 for cell phone and I think $35 for wifi. I had the ACP plan for wifi so my WiFi was only $20 so most of my WFM allowance covers all my utilities including lights etc

This woman here is financially attractive 😍😍. The only advice I would say is get into cooking and meal prep. Never go out to eat, make it at home. Learn where and how to shop in the grocery store, using the outside perimeter, and not the isles. Also learn how to “properly”use a credit card, and take advantage of the points. Get a financially responsible partner.

@@Whoissylvia meal prep and cooking videos would be good to show our sisters too. Cooking is easy and fun once you get the basics down. People complain about how much it cost to eat, and I’m like how? I have real fruit smoothies for breakfast, homemade subs for lunch, and sometimes like steak, chicken, or fish for dinner. I eat like a king everyday, and spend less than someone who orders out for lunch and dinner.

@@Whoissylvia credit card tips. Do balance transfers to 0% interest cards to pay down some of your existing debt. Grab an American Express card gold if possible. Pay for everything on it (only buy the things your already buy each month) use your debit card to auto pay it, if you forget, but always pay the entire card off before it’s due. Your credit will skyrocket. Again you are only replacing your debit card spending with a charge card. You are not spending extra money, just the normal money you would already spend, groceries, gas, etc. If you have a iPhone, open up an apple credit card on your phone, and pay your Apple Music subscription and phone bill with it, and set it to auto pay from your debit card. Never pay interest, never be late on payments, set up auto pay to be safe, and collect the points, and use the cash back.
