Hi, Looking help from experienced people in Hot galvanise We have started Hot Galvanise process in San Luis Potosi, Mexico and are having many troubles in getting the perfect final product. sometimes either zinc is getting burnt or sometimes the finishing is not coming properly. We know that we are missing many things to make it work. Is any there anyone who could help us with this? Help will be much appreciated!

I just am proud of the South Koreansand the progress they have made since the Korean .war. I spent 13 months there in 1968-69, while in the USAF. They are very hard workers, great friends if given the chance, very dedicated people and I enjoyed what time I had there. I missed my family in the states, but, my friends there made the time go faster. Thank you for posting this.Very clean!

Very slow.our plant expects 32 dips per 9 hour shift

Yes, it is very slow to make the video but normally this plant make 4 dips per hour, so 36 dips per 9 hour shift 😉!!

I have one qouestion. Hot dip galvanised later, in cold water for cool metal. After galvanised metal on the acid drop stain. How you rust acid drop?
