Here's a question, if you're in the workplace and say hello to someone, and they happen to find it offensive, can that be considered as harassment as well? What are the limitations and checks and balances in place to prevent taking basic communication as harassment in these types of rare but very important situations to consider? (Anyone feel free to answer.)

Pathetic that NY is at 504 when two border states are 800 and 900

The book "Triangle: The Fire that Changed America", by David von Drehle, is an excellent book on that era of labor history as well as on the fire itself. The workers huddled at the windows as the flames burned towards them also could not be rescued by FDNY because the fire ladders only raised to the 6th floor. The workers were on floors 8-10. It is part of the yearly commemoration to raise the fire ladder to the 6th floor. Of the 146 dead, I believe 6 were unidentified for decades. These dead were identified a few years back. We all owe our workplace safety to the Triangle fire. Safety measures such as occupancy limits, doors opening out, doors staying unlocked, fire exits, fire drills, all are a direct result of this tragedy. 🔺️: 3/25/1911, never forgotten
