I just got hired, but I mentioned it to someone who currently works at the facility. And this person told me to run. I will pray and leave it up to God. I really want to make a difference in some of the children. I know that all they need is some guidance and encouragement. I am firmly convinced that I will be doing great 🙏🏾

Does this training provide a certificate? My employer would not accept the assessment form and made me do a training that provided a certificate

These comments are actually atrocious and primarily written by men who are annoyed that they have to hear about stories of women being harassed at the work place. It is not a joke when anyone feels like their safety is threatened at all, especially when someone is trying to work. Put the video to 2x speed and shut up and listen for a few minutes it really is not that terrible. I just have to ask, do you have friends that are women? Family members? Siblings? Have they every told you of when they have felt uncomfortable and harassed by strangers, coworkers or even men that they know? If they haven't, then there's a reason and that reason is that you are probably one other people making them feel unsafe. Every friend of mine has has numerous stories to share with me about issues just like these. I agree that there should have been at least one example of a woman harassing a male coworker, it does happen, although much more rarely giving the history or womens rights in this country. Videos like this are important, albeit they can be boring, most important things can be difficult to learn and learning that you as a man in a workplace are much more likely to be harassing someone isn't fun to hear but it's the reality of this world and I'm glad this video exists and mentions harassment towards trans people as well since it is a real thing that happens and just because you may be transphobic does not mean that this violence does not exist.

I had to watch this video as a requirement. All seems to be pretty common sense. However, to portray only men as perpetrators is a bit discriminatory in itself. They really need to review this.

What a thinly veiled threat at white men... Better conform or big brother will crush you. Absolutely zero scenarios were harassment in the other direction which certainly happens.
