i cannot figure out how to get this setup, is their a guide? from what i could find its a bunch of little mods u gotta track down and install but not a single installer/total conversion, id love to see this as a complete package

So in the custom start when choosing the load out. You can change what type of race you want in that ship. Or station. Don’t know if you knew that or not just letting ya know 😊

As an old gamer... back in my day sonny we didn't know what the species looked like you could imagine them anyway you liked. Deserts of Kharak doesn't count. You could also buy a video card have money left over for a hamburger fries and a drink.......better days.... On a serious not the AI seems lacking the mothership would auto fire at ships as well as fighters would auto egage ...20 years ago

even with the update I still don't like the way the devs keep on generalizing the Aircraft Hangar Bays and Pads like they are all Made by Humans even though they are Alien in nature, especially the Borons where their Carrier feel Alien by the Aircraft Hangar Bays and Doors is Humanish.

What does end-game look like here? You return to your exiled land, get attacked by the king, go attack the king...? Any idea?

For ways to make money in the early game, aren't the faction vs faction missions the absolute best way once you reach 10 relation with a faction? There are missions for deploying satellites and scanning station parts that can be easily done in a civilian ship (as long as your standing is higher than -25 with the enemy faction), and the pay is several hundred thousand credits per mission stage. You can easily make millions doing this, more than enough to get a mining fleet going.

Great job on this reel. The theme for the dev team because of Jumpgate size was just make it longer. A neater take would have been wide ships that need there own jump drives or had gates build inside them, Or that could jump from gates not jump through gates? These ships will give great food to the mod makers more rooms, more guns and just more when this goes full live. Not taking anything from the dev team these are the best looking ships in the Biz....

Hey, you probably have figured out by now on your own, but it's just two clicks to "rewire" multi crew ships so that you control all weapons from one bridge, if you want.

considering the question for further dlc... afaik the dlc before timelines was supposed to be the last one but they desided to add timelines after all, given the qol changes, new ships added and all that it feels a bit like fanservice to me

I noticed you're just now getting stations up, pretty far into the run. Is that normal for your play style, or specific to this play through? I've rushed my first station within the first couple hours as a habit in all my games. It was interesting to see the other way!

On the talk about the AI ships. I would love it if Egosoft made the xenon ships more like drones (large ones at that) that you could "reprogram" with research or something. That way they wouldn't need a pilot seat/area or even a pilot. They could be some really high end vessels to collect. Or maybe a quest line to refit the designs with a cockpit for personal flight.

What a bloody shame. To go to all the effort of redesigning the argon capitals and yet not update their vanilla armaments. Egosoft needs to realize fast that Argon ships were already powercrept out of relevancy when the Split update dropped and there STILL isn't a place for them in a fleet of any kind.

It's crazy that "grab a destroyer to go do missions" never occurred to me. I'm always using S and M... Something new to try! Looks like fun!

The smaller the max hull and shields of your attacking craft is (as a ratio to the target craft), the more likely the enemy crew is to bail. I like to beat them up with my destroyer, and then plink them with my fighter. Scares the crap out of them for some reason 😂

If you join their server and are better than their devs will they ban you like ark ? Where's last oasis ? How much money have I given these guys and received nothing ? Dark n light last oasis ark pix ark , the devs can't make anything that works , the publisher steals money to make ev cars that don't work and people still buy stuff from them .

I used to just fly around in x3 and click all the stations and listen to the ship ai girl tell me about them.

Did you try to use the pilot rescue system? I haven't seen much info on it. Is there a "rescue in range" command, similar to "collect drops"?

Was the music added in the post, or do we get new music in 7.0? If you added it, great job picking something that I world love to have in the base game!
