Haha 1:15 I recognize the water tower and know exactly where the drone is.... I spent about 20 years of my life living in the The Gap, I was 18 in 1994 when The Mobil at the end of Settlement Rd was "The place to be or meet" haha.

Was here in the 80's - 90's. Good waves, fishing and people!

I lived right there for an year, in the gap, near the lake, was an amazing place to live, swimming while cockatoo flying over you with a unique forest surrounding. Simply remarkable

Dear Lindsay, I was trying to show my husband what Byron looked like because he has never there. I use to go here all the time when a teenage with my parents, I use to go diving back then and it was a wonderful place for a holiday. Might have to take my Mavic up for a fly.

I try to flight at Byron Bay light house with my Mavic 2 zoom. but after 4 mins, one security come and told me all the rules that I cannot fly in any notional Park . Still got nice sunset view.

How do I get permission to use about 10 seconds of this excellent video for a not-for-profit video I am putting together for a Redlands community group? I have my own drone footage but neglected to get a decent shot of the lighthouse and spit surrounds. Your lighting and time of day is identical to what I had last week but now the weather conditions have gone bad, plus I can't reshoot as my limited CASA permit has expired. It would be great if I could have permission to use this.
