Stevie Wonder don't clear a lot of music. After he hears the song then he decides if he wants to clear it or not. Imagine recording a aong then sending it to him and then he say " nah i dont like it"

Stevie has been very clear about why he doesn't do it. If you promote negativity or excessive cursing, those are his grounds for automatic denial for sample clearance. Paul McCartney and Aretha Franklin had the exact same stipulations as well.
