10 minutes is the maximum time to spend in any of those hot rooms. Alternate by coming out and sit for 10 to 15 minutes before going into another room. I did my research before I went because I did not want to have an adverse effect.

When we are emotionally dysregulated - we should train ourselves not to listen to our conclusions and narrative - because at that moment it is filled with toxic shame - making us hate and reject and isolate ourselves. But this is masked as helping ourselves. We simply do not need to add any kind of judgement on our panic. Emotional dysregulation will pass on its own. WE do not need to do any mental reaction to it to make it go away. WE need to sit with our pain and listen to it and understand it- something that we never experienced in AcoA childhood where social anxiety was forged.

Ingredients & directions: - 1.5-2lb of chicken wings - marinate wings with soy sauce, fish sauce, and dark soy sauce. Sprinkle of salt - grill wings. Once crusted, pour Cola or@ayrloom_ny vanilla cola - Add bay leaf and 1 star anise. Cover and let the wings cook for 20-25 min or until the sauce thickens up

I was just about to purchase this on Amazon and then I saw someone share they lost the fat in their face from the mushroom and there is a disclaimer about the possibility of it causing cancer. Someone else said their Mushroom melted off. How is yours holding up these last 7 months?

The only reasoning I can see behind the cancer claims is possibly the free radicals the device produces to do its job. If it quells any of your concerns, you likely encounter a higher concentration of free radicals out in daily life, ie from the sun, pollution in the air etc. I’d imagine, if your concern is encountering free radicals coming from the device, that the body can take care of that small amount considering it healthily handles the sun’s free radicals on a daily basis. Apparently those free radicals is what helps fight the acne as well… I’d ask more questions to a professional! I’m not a doctor / cancer specialist, but that’s where my logic lead me and is my current hypothesis. Hope that helps!
