Same thing here on the exact 2-year anniversary day of using zfold4. And also 1-2 days after accepting an update. There was simply nothing wrong in these 2 years.

My flip 5 got an update two days ago… just after the one year warranty and it died. I think Samsung did this intentionally.

Hi there, do you mean the watch? At the time of recording, the Three Network didn't support this watch. The only UK network that supported this watch was Vodafone. However, I was able to connect and receive calls from my mobile, which was connected to EE, but only when connected to your phone. So I ended up getting an independent eSim from Lyca mobile, which worked. I hope this helps. All the best.

Hello there, the only way to get notification is through your phone. Since I managed to sideload WhatsApp, I was able to get notifications from WhatsApp without my phone. I hope this helps. All the best.

I updated the software this morning. Used it a few times. This afternoon I tried to take a picture and it went all black. DEAD! Just a few flickers on the inner screen.....

brother, sane thing here after the update. It was a small update, right? like security stuff. Then all of a sudden, one or 2 days later, big screen has gone black - but before that is started to show some strange lines, like one hour beforfe going full black

Thank you for the video! Does the metallic band stucks time to time to clothes ? I have a similar band and sometimes it stucks on my long sleeve clothes and damages it :/

Hi there, This band is excellent quality. It doesn't pull on thread / clothing or arm hair so far. The magnetic pull from the closure is very strong at times it does pick up the fork from the dinner table, lol. I hope this helps. Thank you so much :)

This happened to my wife's zf4 last week. and because she was very interested in folding phones, she bought a zf6 to replace it. while making a complaint to Samsung, they said the problem might be from the cable inside and I was surprised by the the cost of changing the screen is MYR 2K++. So I decided to use it only with the front screen.

I had posted a comment earlier. I took my fold 4 to service center. They are telling that it is unrelated to the update (in spite of my telling that it started immediately after the update). According to them, it is a hardware issue. They suspect that I might have dropped the phone.

I have the exact same problem elthe Inside screen only works but when i close it my phone goes black. Until i do a hard reset both screens schows samsung galaxy logo and i can use only the inside display without trying to close the phone

Same issue and when screen works - it has tremendous lag - useless. Unfortunately while on warranty I can’t reach support - I was out of warranty when I was able to reach them and $$$ to fix it… such a waste. 😊

i used fold 2, then 3, then 4. was happy with fold 4 till the new update. now inner screen not working. tried factory reset (then smart switch to restore). still not working. my wife is an iphone user for long and always pulls my leg telling how reliable their service is. if device is damaged, they repair or give a new one (if in warranty). anyway, long story short, got a new iphone.
