After round 7 do you repeat round 2 exactly the same or do you have to add one more 3 double crochet into the same stitch?will it be the same for the other rows aswell (adding on before peak & after peak)

I thought I was doing well right up until the beginning of the first repeat. I can’t seem to get my cluster to land in the middle of the valley I’ve recounted my row of single crochets (redid the whole row too) and it’s still off. It looks like that’s a really common issue. I referred to the online pattern and am still not sure why it’s uneven. I tried going on Facebook but haven’t gotten accepted to any of the groups. Hope someone here can help I don’t want to over work my yarn by unraveling a 3rd time :(
