I know its kinda late for that, but you can actually do this. If you add the "SimpleSpawners" mod to your singleplayer/server experience, you can set down a spawner, tell it to spawn globally (or even only in special biomes) You can set the spawn number of them, yes you can flood the server with theese. You can set the chance of them to spawn. And you can also tell them how much time should pass between spawnchecks. So as example, you can tell it to spawn 1 Savage, in the Island Snow biome, with a 20% chance, every 10 mins. So every 10 mins, there is going to be a spawncheck, if that spawncheck scores the 20%, the screen will tell you that the "Savage Acro is Summoned" If not scored the 20%, it will await the next spawncheck to spawn it. Only downfall, sometimes only the spears appear from the Acro, but it works most of the time.
