My orchestra just got this piece of music a few days ago and once i first saw it it looked soo hard but the next day i practiced it in the morning and i realized HOW GOOD IT SOUNDED I FELL IN LOVE AT THAT MOMENT. I WAS SHOCKED. Once i went home that day i searched it up and listened to this video OMG IM SRY BUT IM IN LOVE I HAVE NEVER FELT THIS WAY FOR A PIECE OF MUSIC I WILL LOOK FORWARD TO PLAYING IT EVERYDAY. I mostly fell in love with measure 9 through 17 and the high notes after that

Hearing this song in high school made me want to get back into playing Violin. Such a rich melody. It took a couple weeks to get back into it after not playing for years but within that time I had managed to learn this one by heart. Muscle memory and a good ear I think 😅

I played this both in honors orchestra and my school orchestra and I loved how pretty it was. I love how that in this video, you can actually tell that there's a bass part too. I played this song on viola for my honors orchestra but I played bass for my schools orchestra and only had 2 weeks to get this song down, but I nailed it!!
