Yeah, using a black band/black clasp for this demo was _not_ the greatest idea. But for anyone who needs it, I'll try to walk you through it: So, on the part of the bracelet that sits below the case, there is a clasp. That's the part you need to move to change the size. Take a look at the front of the clasp, the side that's on the same side as the face of the watch. You'll see two rods going across the length of the bracelet. The lower rod is the one you hook onto when you put the watch on your wrist. And the upper rod (closer to the case) has a metal plate wrapped around it. To loosen the clasp so you can move it, you need to flip this metal plate up. Use a key or a screwdrive or something, and use it as a lever to flip it up. Now you can move the clasp. Now it's just a matter of trying different positions and finding the right fit. To lock the clasp, just push the metal plate back into position with your finger. The plate fastens to the bracelet through the grooves (the gaps in the links). So if the clasp refuses to lock, move the clasp a little further up or down until it grabs. Hope that helps! =) P.S. The video shows the person using the screw driver to push the plate back down. That's stupid, don't do that. For one it puts a lot of pressure on the screwdriver *and* the plate, not to mention that you risk scratching the bracelet.

the easiest method i tried was pushing the middle plate back with a tiny screw driver so its easier to close back then push it from the top
