Thanks! Worth noting you were there in early June. NY schools are still in session , usually until 3rd week of June. That would make park less busy.. great video!
@603TravelКүн бұрын
Thank you for watching. That makes sense as to why it wasn't crazy busy. I am glad we picked that time then as we were able to enjoy most of the park in 1 day.

I have wanted to see Statue of Liberty but not in person. Sounds awful but I don’t know about the crowds. I love the idea of living through this video. Great content and information. I expected that torch to take up the size of a small office building. 😅

@603Travel21 күн бұрын
The entire area is surrounded by blacktop, including the area where you need to walk to get onto the slides. I believe that should have been concrete as well. Will be posting a video soon of Santa's Villages' waterpark area and they did a much better job with concrete everywhere you would walk and painted concrete in the areas where there is water.

We were told that they had to remove the live animals because a wild bear was roaming around the park and going after them. They said they are going to eventually build an enclosure to house the animals at night, and then will be able to have live animals again.
@603Travel25 күн бұрын
That is interesting and makes a lot of sense. I hope they are able to figure out a solution as we really missed the animals.

I used to work at the aquarium right next door. They actually had a bear maul their sheep-which they rent and do not own. This was a problem bear in the area and was string of attacks.

That is scary. I didn't think black bears would do that.

@@603Travel yeah def was scary. Worst part the bear just killed but didn’t do much else. Mom was decapitated. Babies were disemboweled. Was horrific. Same bear took out a horse and a few other critters in the area.

As a parent of a former preliminary champion, Irish dancer, those shoes are wood the toes and the heels are wood like pure wood and they’re not cheap. They can stand on their toes like a ballerina, and they can click their heels in the air by hitting those two pieces of wood, which are the heels in the air.
