I’m part of the nomadic community and I set it up where I can enjoy the desert in the winter and the higher elevations during the summer while not having to leave the state. I bought land in Williams and in Salome.

Although it looks appealing, "Community" living with all the property management and fees is not as ideal as you think. It's like a small town everyone one knows everyones business and privacy is harder to have.

Best location top tier. 3hr drive to Mexicali airport. 2hr Rocky point. Off road activities Breathtaking trails. 65+ miles Hiking Brand new community expanding in the south pass harmony Superstores coming in 5yrs plans already announced. Larger bridge plans have announced already 2025. Business owners. Homes are priced $200k more than the avg $380k home All services home and auto dm me . I will deliver copy of insurance in person Estrella mountain community

It would take over ten years to build the infrastructure to handle the current traffic. It has gotten ridiculous in Maricopa I would come here first and see for yourself and see if you want too deal with all the traffic

Love living in The Grand! we looked all over. But the Grand is by far exactly what we looked for. Its friendly people beautiful clean, completley updated Rec centers unlike others that we toured. SWC to us was too much like a city, with to many commercial buildings, stores, and too many busy tons of traffic. We chose the Grand for the quiet but extremely active community. With a so many ammenties and impeccable golf course's. We are beyond happy woth our choice. After researching over 2 years. The Grand is just that...Grand.❤

the review is fair, but an apples to apples comparison would be better....talk about community pressure. Sure amenities may have more wow factor in places like Trilogy but CorteBella you have elbow room... not the best (I'm sure) but great nonetheless.

I don't live here but I go here for my mani/pedis. It's beautiful but you'd better be very financially well off. The residents also have have to spend a minimum in the restaurant each month.

Every builder is trash now. my dog ran into a wall and went right through it. Paper builders. Industry standards have ruin new homes.

Great Video. My Husband and I have visited Estrella mountain ranch multiple times when visiting Arizona. Its a beautiful area. The best part for me were the lakes in the desert. Coming from Florida-I must see water. I told my Husband the only way I would move to Arizona is if he bought us a beautiful home in Estrella Mountain ranch. My in laws are in Buckeye and they love it. Stay cool and hydrated😊

Area around Marley Park is becoming a high crime area. Package theft and vehicle vandalism is on the rise. Subscribe to the Ring community and you will receive notifications for these areas very often. I moved here in 2016 and have seen which areas are great and which have seen a decline.

Poor city development strategies! Stop all the rental bungalows and apartments. Develope a plan like Goodyear City by using some imagination and bring in more ethic foods and think ahead when planning for traffic flow in the shopping areas off waddle. Goodyear is getting a Buc eeys but not Surprise? Let’s get creative and diversify

Nice job young man. Ok so are you aware that HOAs can foreclose on your home faster than your mortgage company can? That being said, what’s available outside of an HOA community for $350?

@@glenafernandez I prefer Sterling Grove, it is just a more luxurious feel. But it depends what your priorities are. The lot sizes in Sterling Grove are a concern and HOA costs are much higher. But the amenities are second to none if that is a priority for you. If you are looking for a high end luxury feel with great amenities then Sterling Grove is the way to go. But if you want lower HOAs and solid amenities with a larger lot, then Estrella will be the better route

Sun City West has a few areas that are nice, but overall it’s not great looking. I’ve lived in Sun City West and relocated to Grand. SCW seems to have a lot of people that do not take pride in their yards. While living there, we had a neighbor that had at least 100 faded resin cat and dog statues in the front yard. As well as flags and fake flowers everywhere. Ridiculous! Then there’s the place with the murals painted on the outside of the house! Like, who does that?? There’s also a home that has an old full size wooden stagecoach/ wagon(?) in the front yard?? How is that possible center allowed? My opinion of SCW if a big NO for me. I’ll take The Grand. It’s much cleaner and nicer looking.

I lived here on Ironwood since 2005. If you’re a sports enthusiast then Anthem Country Club is dream for you as you get 2 of everything. 2 clubhouses, 2 golf courses, 2 restaurants, 2 fitness centers, 2 Olympic pools, 4 actual sets of practice facilities for the golf course….and 2 different sets of tennis facilities which includes I believe 8-10 tennis courts all behind the Guard Gates. You can’t get into the club area without going thru guards. I luv it here and will soon have been here 20yrs. There’s honestly only 1 single downside and that’s the lack of high-end restaurants outside of the country club. But Anthem is also only 28,000 people and darn near crime free. We have multiple top quality grocery stores (Frys & Safeway) along with a Super Walmart. Fast food includes, Sonic, Taco Bell, Jack n the Box, mcD’s, Burger King, Del Taco and I probably left 1 or 2 out. Legends is an excellent sports bar too. As for driving anywhere, we all drive here in the Valley so that’s a non-existent argument. Good luck

@ no minimum Totally Private with 1 formal dining, one casual and 2 restaurants / bars at the turn on both courses
