May-Thurner is why I had a massive DVT from my left foot, to my IVC. I’m still dealing with a lot of pain and discomfort, despite the DVT occurring in September of last year.

FFR has a physiologic basis that can be criticised as oversimplified, but can not be ignored. IFR has no physiologic basis at all. Define Flair is a recent study with a limited follow-up (2 years). It is too early to make such assumptions as " IFR is better ( for patients) than FFR, as was said in this video. Define flair did not compare both methods in the same patient. Also the average IFR/ FFR level was much higher in this study than the levels encountered in FAME studies of FFR.
