I’m a beginner rider with 3 months worth of lessons under my belt. I have had a couple of not so good moments with Horses either getting spooked or taking on a mind of it’s on, and I’ve concluded they’re NO DIFFERENT than HUMANS😂😂 I absolutely LOVE this Journey and it definitely takes guts to do it. This video is encouraging to me as I have a GrandDaughter I’m grooming to one day ride and maybe compete some day. Great video

My fiancé is a retired black female barrel racer from Lawton, Oklahoma. Won many titles and was chosen rodeo queen a few times as well. She also raced her horse and beat many guys because her horse would run theirs down. I’m a city boy, I know nothing but asphalt and concrete, LOL. Don’t get me confused with being a buckle bunny or any of that!

"An applicant desiring to become a PRCA Contestant Card member must first become a Permit Member and fill a permit by earning at least $1,000 at PRCA-sanctioned rodeos in an unlimited number of PRCA rodeo years" Believing it will work out for her!
