For those complaining about the sound, it isn't Amy, it's how concerts sound online. They have to change up the tune so it balances. They sound amazing in real life. You have to put in perspective that live is much louder and they need to balance it out, so it sounds different live than it does online and it's 10 times better in real life, trust.
