Hoping you can help. I have a year old Maytag Commercial washer. No lights are displayed. It turns on and fills. Starts to agitate, just one jerk and stops. Does nothing else and drains at end of cycle. It Does the same thing in diagnostic mode. The actuator does engage. Example I set washer to rinse and spin. Actuator engages and motor jerks about every 30 secs. Then fill stops and actuator goes back and agitator tries to spin but stops. Drain pump runs. Actuator engages tries to spin but stops. Capacitor is showing 58.8 MFD

You have to calibrate the machine after you installed the part.

After burning my food for weeks stuck on high. First thing to try is flip the breaker for 30 seconds to reboot. It fixed mine.

Is there a breaker on your stove?
@10forthebigguy75313 күн бұрын
@ no in the garage. Or unplug it for 30 seconds. On mine, all the burners lost the low setting.

What if the burner doesn't come on at all ?
@thuymy5368Ай бұрын
I have the opposite problem. It turns on only half second turn off like 5 seconds then back on for half second. It would take forever to boil water. Is that part of the safety feature ? It's so annoying to cook anything.

Where was your cabinet from?
@teribusse8607Ай бұрын
Why did you SKIP attaching the top of the cabinet??? It's hard enough to see what you're doing with a black cabinet but I really needed to see how the top is attached...

Hi again! What are the white plastic parts that the switch fits into that connects the wires on the other side called? I’m trying to order that part (mine melted) but don’t know what it’s called.

8:02 John Capp Smith, my 2nd cousin 4x removed. His wife right next to him. Pretty sure there are other cousins of mine buried there. That branch of the Skidmore-Smith tree stayed in Barren and Edmonson counties for well over a hundred years. There are still some living scattered around there.

Hello there, we have Amana stove instead of whirlpool. Anyway, the stove won’t turn off, the burner can go from low-high but it won’t turn off. We open the knob to see the problem, it looks like the control switch is very loose and it turn easily but the burner won’t turn off when we left the switch at “off”. Should we just replace the switch or is there another way? Thanks in advance!

This video cuts to the chase and was very helpful and informative. I would add that in addition to replacing these old parts and while the dryer is moved out, clean out your dryer vent ducts too. When I looked down my duct it didn’t look bad, but when I took it apart, it was packed full of lint. I’m not even sure how the unit was drying before!
