The homemade syrup I put fresh strawberries, sugar, vanilla and a splash of lemon juice on a pan and brought that to a boil and then blended it up.

@@Helenaree I'm from the Caribbean we always wash first with limes or lemons or even flour so that will remove all the foul smells and bacteria from the meats the its fresh seasonings all the way not the salt and black pepper stuff! Lol!

@@Helenaree its a whole lifestyle change. spending habits have completely changed as carbs like cereal, milk, fruits, are cut out. Eating more leafy greens and getting used to being okay with the feeling of hunger. Eating a hardboiled egg for a snack instead of carbs. It's a process but you can still eat yummy stuff if you can cook. It's an experience in a half for sure.

You hit the nail on the head, this is exactly what it is. I have had Fibromyalgia over 10 years, I was very young when diagnosed. Very proud of you for speaking out. It's nothing to be embarrassed about. The pain is very indescribable, it's a pain no one shouldn't want to experience but no one would never know you are in pain because it's all in the inside. Sounds like an EEG, hurt like crap
