If we directly deposit inr to a forex broker that would be illegal but we can use crpyto to deposit in Forex brokers because Indian Governemnt has levied 30% tax for crypto and also all tha crypto exchanges in India are FIU( Financial Intelligence Unit) registered so they are legal to trade. FIU-IND’s monitoring doesn’t make an activity legal... the legality of cross-border forex trading(crypto to forex brokers) depends on RBI and FEMA regulations, which clearly restrict Indian residents from trading non-INR forex pairs or indirectly using crypto for this purpose....and FIU-IND can't impose any law..it's only under RBI,SEBI,FEMA....their job is to monitor the suspicious transaction....simple🎯
