January 2025 - eToro does charge you for buying and selling stocks. I bought 4 stocks for about a 1000 dollars in the demo account and made a profit of 16 dollars. eToro charged 8$ fees. In some countries they charge 2$ for every buy and sell of a stock.

Could use some solid advice here. I recently tried trading on a platform that had a lot of hidden fees and poor execution times-ended up losing more than I should have. Definitely focus on transparency with fees and high-speed execution. For the UAE, some platforms are particularly user-friendly, with great customer support too. Look for platforms that cater to active trading with low commissions too.

That’s true, but your comment tells me you’re new to investing, the platform choice is one thing; however, handling trades on your own at this stage isn't something you should do. I’d suggest finding a financial advisor to help you get the most out of the market while you learn the ropes. That's one advantage i had that i wish every newcomer could.

Having a financial advisor helped me navigate things smoothly, especially with taxes and regulations. You can take it a step further and have them manage your trades as you ease into the trading psychology. Not everyone is built for it off the rip, it takes some getting used to and traders lose a lot trying to get to that point of mastery

Couldn’t agree more. Outsourcing my trades to a professional was the best decision I’ve made. I’ve averaged 34% annual returns since doing that, way better than the rollercoaster I was on trying to handle everything myself

Etoro is worst interms of registration, no matter whatever amount of funds you are trading they will reject your registration just because of an address or bill if it is not on ur name
