Last 2 times I’ve seen them in 2021 in 2022 they opened with Unleashed I’m definitely ready for a harder in your face opener even if it’s another song other than this in next years tour! Same here. Dedinitely need to switch it to something harder. I think they opened with Fixation on the Darkness back in 2016 when I seen them for the first time live ever. Ive always loved their music. Im not about the whole Jesse vs Howard debate either bc both have brought great energy to the band. Im excited for this new album. Going to see them in Greensboro,NC next year.

As I Lay Dying just dropped a new single this morning featuring Alex Terrible from Slaughter to Prevail and Tommy Barber from Chelsea Grin. The As I Lay Dying’s single is called “9/12/2024.” it’s a little weird that it is a date. The song is but it is what it is. This song is so good that I have it on repeat constantly.

If you want to know how high notes Tommy can sing, listen to his song "YOU RAISE ME UP (1 OCTAVE CHALLANGE)", it's great. Tommy studied vocals, but, as far as I know, he has no opera education. He achieved everything he can do on his own. Tommy also plays 11 instruments. Thanks for your reaction.

He is definitely one of the best power metal musicians ever. He is a gifted tenor and his vocal skills are best heard on his non-metal songs. His range is phenomenal. Thanks for another great reaction guys. I suggest a song that started Tommy's musical journey and made him want to become a guitarist at the age of 9, Gary Moore 's Out In The Fields. Tommy also made me a Gary Moore fan with his cover of that song, it's just a great song
