I am a freelance interpreter that has worked with the company. Some of you might have met me and have spoken with me. I have tried to salvage the company reputation as well as organize the problematic accounts. I have spoken with the CEO in the past as well, and thought he has changed and hoping to move forward with correcting all the accounts that have been delayed for times such as over a year. However, he has not been truthful with me regarding intent as well as future plans for the company. I have personally guaranteed the finalization of accounts to customers that have not received their album in almost a year. And so I have to own up to my responsibility and tell you the truth. I will let you know the system of how Weddingritz makes payment. When Weddingritz receives payment from the customers, what they do is book the studios, but there is no deposit. And so when you make payment, it is confirmation only for Weddingritz. When you arrive in Korea and make full payment, Weddingritz takes the money or should I say the CEO takes the money and doesn't put it aside, but goes to him directly. So when the photos are ready, the studio expects the money from Weddingritz , but they cannot provide the studio with the money because the money was not put aside and already spent. And so all the accounts that are delays are NOT from studio problems but because WEDDINGRITZ has NO MONEY to give to the studio. They are behind on all payment, and trying to cover the past customer studio costs with new customer's money, and furthering delay. What we can do now is to not recommend this company to people we know. As well as to report this to KOREAN tourism, and then they can at least be aware and let other unaware foreigners know not to trust the company. If you have a problem or reference you would like in Korea or interpreter please message me and I will vouch and help in any way I can. I am a Korean citizen and I have seen many companies take advantage of foreigner but also Korean citizens. As Korean companies are protected by the government, and there are always customers unprotected, I now use my marketing skills to resort to these measures.
