I was hoping to see your bracing method for a 200-lbs chandelier. "It'll be too much stress for a single joists" The one you installed weight about 40-lbs. I never liked these types of scaffoldings. I use 3.5x7 & it does shakes a bit at 4 sets high. (26-ft). Highest ceiling that I've worked on is 44-ft. I use a 16-ft aframe for 18-ft to 20.5-ft. & 18-ft aframe for 20-ft to 22.5-ft. Anything after that would be scaffoldings.
