I enjoy Dark Souls 2 very much. I first beat original Dark Souls, but the sequel isn't worse in my opinion, even better to some extent.

Love DS2, one of the most overhated games like ever. I will say though when replaying Fromsoft games DS2 always gives me most trouble ''to get in flow with'' when it comes to timing my rolls. Never understood why. 🤔

@Hakarasan Likely because the roll doesn't jump as much? Like on ds1 and 3 the fast rolls are basically jumping into the roll while in 2 your character doesn't jump at all so it's very jarring to go from 1 or 3 into 2

Weird, how you're not on New Game Plus (seeing you only got 1 Soul from Old Iron King). And yet, you're using a Boss Soul Weapon.. particularly, a Boss Soul Weapon from King Vendrick too which is an end-game Boss.

@@GilbertTheGilbertGuy 3 things.. 1. I almost forgot that you can bypass Shrine of Winter with Soul Memory. 2. You're darn crazy fighting King Vendrick with no Giant Souls. He isn't that hard per se, but no Giant Souls means you're doing shitty damage on him. 3. Going through Shrine of Amana must have been a nightmare if you rushed to Undead Crypt underleveled.

@nodnyl10 Shrine of Amana wasn't really an issue if you take it slow and go behind cover it's a breeze. I was able to do vendrick 2nd try but the attempt was over an hour.
