god finally. someone mentioned that preload and End diastolic volume is different but related. the other was like "oh yeah preload is the volume, afterload is the pressure" how do they even have different units? this video explained that wonderfully

I felt like i am a superchild for seeing floaters in my childhood, i thought i am manifesting some power . My father understand what i am saying but he also didn't have word for this phenomenon. Then internet showed me truth. I was like nah see i am desitined to be ordinary, miracle, magic would be always fantasy .Rip my superoowers.

Class 1A:Prolong the action potential duration by slowing phase 0 depolarization and delaying repolarization (phase 3). Class 1B:Mild effect on phase 0 and shortened repolarization. Class 1C :blocking rapid sodium channels, thereby slowing down the Phase 0 Class II : suppress adrenergically mediated ectopic activity. Class III: prolongation of repolarization (phase3); AP is widened and ERP is increased. Class IV : inhibit Ca2+ mediated slow channel inward current.

Days after having the bullseye, the bottom of my feet turned blackish purple. Undiagnosed for 20 years. 30 years later, I still suffer from the fallout of this disease. I have never completely recovered. My vital organs and brain have never fully recovered. I liken it to a tornados aftermath. My body was devastated. Food has become my enemy because of the allergies I aquired from Lymes. The silent pandemic....😢

My unele died yesterday and I Heard he has sepsis. This video helped me understand what i sepsis and what he had to go through. For a few weeks he had a pneumonia that he tought was just a cold. Along with this, he didn't even go to the hospital. Eventually, Thursday he was brought unconcious to the hospital, where he had 4 cardiac arrests

He died in his fourth one and left all of us in disbelief. At 52, he left his younger Brother (my dad), his mother (my grandma, of wich husband died 2 years prior), his kid (17yo), his wife and all of us suffering. Farewell uncle! 🕊️🤧

How is a beta blocker given to a heart failure ?, specially in systolic heart failure.... the beta blocker will slow down the heart rate and reduce its contractility and in heart failure the contractility of the heart muscle has already been reduced

My A1C went from 8.4 to 6.5 in 90 days. Dropped 30.lbs in the process. No alcohol, junk food, processed sugar or fried foods. eat real food. steak, chicken, fish, salads, vegetables etc. Go to the Gym 3x a week, lifting weights etc.. No pharmaceuticals whatsoever!!!!!!!! You can do this!!!!!!!!! Update: I had a follow up with my Dr yesterday about my labs. She said she had to look at my name on the sheet 2x because she couldn't believe it was the same guy. I told her I never filled the prescription of Metformin. She was surprised & tried to get me to take a reduced amount of 1 pill a day instead of no pills like I had been doing. After a few minutes, she saw that I wasn't going to take any drugs, why would I with blood work that looks like mine did? So that ended that. She wrote a slip for my blood work to be retested in 90 days, 08/16/24. Lets see how far under 6.5 my A1C will be then. Also my Liver AST & ALT labs were both in the mid 20's, down from the mid 80's! Bottom line, just eat real food. You don't need processed foods/carbs. I'm living proof.
