The wrestling action figure with the bengal tiger striped trunks is Brian Pillman Sr., he wore that color combo to represent the Cincinnati Bengals back in the early days of WCW cause he played for the Bengals before getting into wrestling and he is also from Cincinnati.

I am a Gen Xer, so I grew up in the same generation as most of the older fans in this. I bought three of my newest WWE POPS ! back in Feb. of this yr and one of them was that Million Dollar Man one w/ the Million Dollar Belt that a couple of the fans had this video(there's also a variant version were he is wearing a green jacket). I would like to find that hall of fame figure that the one fan had cause the basketball segment is iconic. I also remember the segment that they were referring to were they had him renting out the pool to have it all to himself. I have now heard him tell the basketball player story a couple times, I thought the first time I heard it was how ironic it was that he ran into the guy so many yrs later.

There's a Big Boy just down the road from my apt here in Cincinnati(Anderson Township). That super bowl mug was from super bowl 16(XLVI) and the pin was super bowl 21( XXI). I mentioned this on one of the 80's house videos when I watched that series, but I would have liked to have gone through the trading cards you found.

This is a pretty cool collection. When i was a little kid in the 70s, we had the g i joe adventure team. I had the original eight ropes of danger… good memories.

Touchwood was a spinoff show for Doctor Who, the white mask robot looking creature in the 1700s outfit was from an ep of Doctor Who as well. Along with a lot of the loose figures in the box.

The economy has been rough. Figure collecting is on the back burner. We haven’t had electricity since Memorial Day.

As a former GI Joe 12” dealer…you did really well with this lot. Do your homework on this stuff…you’ll be pleasantly surprised.

Those 12'' Joes were very cool, only grew up in the 80's so never saw them. This collection looks something that should be in a GI Joe Museum.

Great pickup. Good to see some loose figures. I think as a kid, toys should be be out of the box and played so that you build that nostalgia 15+ years later when you are an adult (kidult). Having them boxed as collection pieces, they become more of an investment for a collection or a burden from hoarding. I'm not sure how my stuff will turn out, but I'm enjoying their presence on display to reminisce the good times, selling them whenever and teaching my kids about reselling and making money.
