Like so many other places in the South Pacific, it seems, the greatest effort and resource allocation goes into the local church.

So much change since I was there in 74.
@georgecurtis64636 ай бұрын
Boy, things sure have changed. Almost unrecognizable from the 50s, 60s and 70s.

Really interesting to see things from a differant perspective. Seriously messes with the old memories.

Amazing the changes to the airfield and the general area from the 50s and 60s. Even the early 70s.

Filipino diaspora. tourism is a must have economy development. scuba diving, sea shore hotels on stilts, boat hotel for rent, exotic food, islet2islet boat hopping tours, boat manufacturing infrastructure, bylaw to ensure seashore health, etc. Oh, land reclamation for airports. makes sense?
@santospaul8103Ай бұрын
not a Filipino diaspora, Filipinos are Chinese diaspora
