I found that an easy and effective solution to my initial poor printer climate control was to put the toner and developer cartridges in my kiln room when firing one or more kilns. I left them there for the duration of the firing and much of the cooling (about 20 hours). My ventilation system keeps the kiln room to below 45 Celsius and, of course, the humidity level gets really low, but the temperature is not high enough to harm the toner or developer or cartridges. Now I keep both of my my ceramic decal printers in my small climate controlled studio office.

you can also use laminating paper and directly transfer paper to instead the coveroil. coveroil is not the only transfer image way.

in the video, I use spray gun and air pump to spray the coveroil. Actually this step you can also use laminating or screen print coveroil or non coveroil paper to reach same purpose. to transfer image to ceramic tile.

and when put in thermostatic drier machine ,the temperature should not surpass 45 celcious degree. Or the plastic cartridge may change shape, or toner gather.

sorry, a littile mistake in video when printer already have humidity problem, need Keep laser ceramic printer in environment which the humidity is less 40% for half an month. in the video I wrote wrong for half an hour. Half an hour is too short time, not enough to recover printer.
