Guys if you can’t do this because you have restrictions you need command prompt but if that also have restrictions just make a txt file and type in it echo off and save it and Change it to a bat file and click on it and then once your in type in it C: then enter then type in cd Windows then type enter and if you wanna see if system 32 is there type dir and it shows files

That's because Windows isn't that careless. It knows how important System32 is. That's why they intentionally block you from deleting it, and the only way to actually delete is to modify your permissions so that they accept it. I'm guessing that's what this kid did, so that they can actually delete it.
